Delivery Process
Orders begin preparation after payment confirmation.
Products are shipped within 1–3 business days.
Delivery is available throughout Turkey.
Important considerations during delivery:
- If the package is damaged, it should not be accepted, and a report must be completed with the courier.
Return Process
The buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal and request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
For return requests, the Buyer must contact the Seller via the email address info@pharmagardenlife.com. The return process is managed by the Seller representative Hande Özalp.
Return Conditions
- The product must be unused
- The product must be in resalable condition
- It must be returned in its original packaging
- Returns are not accepted for hygienic and single-use products

Refund
Once the returned product is received by the seller, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
The refund amount will be returned to the customer via the original payment method.
