Distance Selling Contract

1. Parties

This agreement is concluded electronically between the seller and the buyer whose information is provided below.

Buyer:

Any natural or legal person who makes a purchase through the website.

2. Subject

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Buyer via the Seller’s website.

3. Product and Service Information

The essential features of the products, sales price, payment method, and delivery information are clearly stated prior to purchase.
The Buyer declares that they have read and accepted this information.

4. Formation of the Agreement

When the Buyer confirms the order electronically, they are deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement.

5. Delivery

Products are shipped within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
Delivery time varies by region but is generally between 1–5 business days.
Delivery is made to the address specified by the Buyer during ordering.

6. Payment

Payment is made via secure payment methods offered on the website.
The Seller does not dispatch products before payment is received.

7. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any justification.

Method of exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must submit a written request to contact@pharmagardenlife.com.

The withdrawal notice must include the order number and buyer information.

The withdrawal process begins once the notification is received by the Seller and is managed by the Seller representative Hande Özalp.

8. Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused and in resalable condition.
  • The return request must be communicated to the seller.
  • The product must be sent in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be sent to the following address:

Return shipping responsibility:

Return shipping costs are covered by the Seller.

Refund:

Once the returned product is received by the Seller, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. This period may vary depending on banking processes.

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized in accordance with the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye.

10. Entry into Force

When the Buyer completes the order, they are deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement.
