Delivery Process
Orders are prepared after payment confirmation.
Products are shipped within 1–3 business days.
Delivery is available throughout Turkey.
Important considerations during delivery:
- If the package is damaged, it should not be accepted and a report must be prepared with the courier.
Return Process
The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal and request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Return request, The Buyer must send it to contact@pharmagardenlife.com together with the order number. The request is evaluated by the Seller representative Hande Özalp and the return process is initiated and return shipping details are sent to the Buyer.
Return Conditions
- The product must be unused
- The product must be in resalable condition
- It must be sent in its original packaging
- Returns are not accepted for hygienic and single-use products

Refund
Once the returned product is received by the seller, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
The refund amount will be returned via the original payment method.
Depending on banking processes, the time for the refund to reflect in the account may vary.
